HDS Con Vendor Online Application

Dear Exhibitor,

Thank you for your interest in participating in High Desert Steam Con 2016.  Please read the following information, fill out the attached form and click to confirm that you agree to our terms your entry.

You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your application is received and processed.  If your application is not accepted, your payment will be returned to you.  Please contact us if you don’t hear from us in a timely manner.

Vendor Information:

  • Event Location:          Sparks Nugget Hotel Casino, 1100 Nugget Ave. Sparks, NV 89431
  • Set Up Times:             Friday, March 18 from 8 am to noon. Doors open at 1 pm.
  • Event Date/Time:       Friday March 18 from 1 pm to 5 pm.  Saturday March 19 from 10 am to 6 pm.                                               Sunday March 20 from 10 am to 5 pm.
  • Tear Down Time:        Sunday, March 20 from 5 pm to 7 pm

Fees:

  • $25 for an Information Table Space.  There will be no selling allowed off of Information Table Spaces, and these Spaces will not be part of the closed in Vendor Area at night and do NOT include tables or chairs.
  • $75 for an approximately 6 by 6 foot vendor space, narrower at the back than at the front.  This space will be part of the Vendor Area, which will be closed at night.
  • $125 for an approximately 10 by 10 foot vendor space.  Because of odd pillars in the space, we cannot guarantee that the space will be a perfect square.  This space will be a part of the Vendor Area that will be closed at night.
  • $300 for a 12 by 12 foot premium vendor space with a mirrored pillar in the center of the space. These premium spaces are open on all sides! This space will be a part of the Vendor Area that will be closed at night.
  • Art Gallery space requires a separate application.
  • Returned checks will be assessed a $25 fee and must be replaced immediately with either cash or some form of guaranteed funds (money order, travelers check, certified check, etcetera).

There are some optional fees outlined on this application.

Optional Fees

  • $15 Table and two chairs.  Tables and chairs are NOT included in the price of your booth space.  Most vendors have a complete booth set up, but if you need a table and two chairs, we are happy to rent them to you for the price we pay for them.
  • Included:  Power.  All spaces have access to power.
  • Variable:  www.camelotpartyrentals.biz We are happy to arrange for any rentals that you need in your space from our local rental company, you will just need to pay the fees and delivery and set up charges.  We know traveling can be a hassle with a booth, so if we can help make it easier we will.
